Feeling Horrible

I've had a migraine since yesterday and I'm barely hanging on at this point. Hopefully I'll be feeling well soon and not fuzzy from drugs or laid out in bed.

I must say, the preventive drugs are doing nothing to help and the migraine medication is a joke. Vicodin is hardly worth using at this point.

The good news - I don't have Jury Duty on Monday! YEA

Gosh this sounds horrible ... and just in time for the weekend. I hope it goes away and you are able to enjoy yourself a little.

My Family

In order to avoid the confusion I feel when I read a new blog and think to myself, "Who the hell are these people?" I decided to include a brief description of us.

Lindsay - my 21-year-old daughter. Living her own life.

Matt - a welding enthusiast. He is 27, kind of a geek, and has great friends.

Jake - my 29-year-old son. Gamer, former bartender, pool player. Jake and Matt live together with friends. It's expensive here.

Michael - our first child. He died of SIDS in 1989. He still lives in my heart.

Rob - my husband. He's a bonafide computer geek (he gets paid for his computer knowledge) and leaves me every Thursday night to play darts at some random bar. We've been married 28 years and he is the love of my life. Sappy, I know. Don't judge.

And I'm me. I'm a social butterfly, a migraine sufferer, caffeine addict, former forever student, wife, mother, and much, much more.
